The Zen-like Sustaining of Dysfunctional Relating

Repeat these Zen-like Koans until you achieve the split reality necessary to be perpetually blameless.

Nothing has happened here so do not talk about what has not happened.

Do not allow 'her' to find out about what never happened.

Is it just awful to have a disease that makes you feel like you are living in hell Or is it just awful to be living in hell because you have been told that your real experience is just a disease and that it is all in your mind?

Be careful now. Do not let the people whom we are talking about know we are talking about them!
