Is anyone who “thinks” s/he's being watched and/or followed and/or reported on, thinking that BECAUSE in reality, s/he's being watched and/or followed and and/or reported on?

Hint: the dysfunctional normal try hard to avoid answer “a” as it is too uncertain and the dysfunctional normal pride themselves on their certainty. I know you folks are already sure of that.

Next...

As the population here continues it's group discussion, defining my reality FOR me by means of the combination of “authority” and “group consensus” can you HEAR the concepts stated in est as, “Reality is NOT that as defined by authority or group consensus but is that which you experience.” How about the one that goes, “You must transcend your minds.”

(which means move up to the meta level of this and stop the “them and us” splitter bit.)

are you STILL successfully splitting your own awareness, as “superior observers” of an “inferior” and between debating the effects of est and BEING “at effect” of the estian paradigm and in fact part of the problem itself?

I know you don't want to see yourselves as being “at effect” because that would mean “admitting” that “reality” is what it is. Plus the detrimental result of that would be to force you into relating as equals instead of as superiors and then, the emotional payoff of being “us” and not 'them” would disappear too. I understand that. But then, it is my understanding of that which is the problem in the first place, isn't it?

Note that this is a psycho-spiritual infinite loop and the ONLY way out is back through the door through which you entered in the first place after identifying the “switch” that caused you to walk through it into an alternate reality you did not really see until after it was too late. This is what est for power is all about. It works because the masses co-operate with it and then when they find out all is not what it seems, they routinely close ranks and deny the entire event. So those with hidden agendas of domination win by “hiding in plain sight” within the group they manipulate to ensure that resolution will not come. (smirk here)

Defined as the Mental Case

(In a Variety of Invalidating Ways)

Once you have been defined as the mental case, much like being defined as the witch or the terrorist, for telling the truth those perpetually “blameless others” don't like , don't want to understand, or don't want known, you are not “allowed” by the “authorities” to sort out your own experience so that you can make sense of it. If you do, or if you try to do it, it will be defined in pathological terms, “proving” those doing the defining to be right; always right and never wrong.

So, you cannot talk to them, you cannot to to others and you cannot talk to yourself or to the walls, or to the universe, or to God, or directly to your abusers/accusers, nor even write it out in silence, for ALL of that has already been defined as your pathology BEFORE you label was officially applied.

Specific example of the “difference”- the writing of “real” writers may be defined as rough drafts, point form, or stream of consciousness. BUT when the labelled or soon to BE labelled does the same thing, it is defined as thought disorder or called “writing behaviours.”

It is all in the definitions.

Group Consensus Defining of Reality

For an “inferior” such as myself, when you discuss and debate amongst yourselves who I am, what I think, what I know, understand, believe, perceive, and fell without any direct input from me, in a dialogue, wanted, accepted, or tolerated, YOU are the ones with the problems, whether you agree together on that or not. It is not my problem for perceiving it, or reacting negatively or objecting to it.

When you deny the existence of the group behaviour in order to defend your position, you add FURTHER insult and injury to that which you have already caused and, by your own actions, you MAKE resolution impossible.

Of course, that is what you want the most, isn't it? For in reality, this is the “no one must be blamed” game, with the unstated part being, no one BUT the victim. Instead you deny the existence of the victimization of the “subject” ¹ and then blame your victim for “choosing” to be a victim...and thank God that all of you aren't inferior human beings like me.

It's Not a “Long” Game

...har har...all you geniuses assessing the crap out of everything and everyone. It;s and ENDLESS game. It's a game for power and control, written in an endless (infinite) LOOP. The circle. The ONLY way the game can end is if, or when, it is seen in its entirety AS an infinite loop. (tautology)

That is because the only way most people will stop “playing” this dysfunctional game is if, or when, they really SEE IT, as the “loop of destruction”² , or snare, (circular trap) that it actually is, which chokes the life out of everyone caught within it. The only way to “win” when you are trapped in a closed system, is to get OUTSIDE of it.

To those who can't make any sense of that, which I just said here, try not to ASSUME that if you don't understand it, then I must be stupid/crazy/unconscious for saying it. If you assume that if you don't understand something it can't BE understood, then you are still inside the “game.”

Highest Power

The most powerful thing evil does is to declare itself non existent for no one can ever see into something that isn't “really” there. Instead such people will call those who see, “crazy' for seeing what they cannot.

Taking the Tour

I would really love to take some of you on a local tour of people involved for the last twenty years and who have been openly expressing their assessments of my character, personality and intelligence from four feet away while continuing to this day to be unable to make any connection between what they do and my lack of “friendliness” toward them. I still get this on a daily basis and believe me there are times it is all I can do to keep from having a really interesting “discussion” about it all with them or keep from laughing out loud for “no reason.” Of course I know already that the faults will be found to be in me and not in them as that is how this works. We don't want to mess with a perfection that keeps dysfunction going, generation after generation do we?

Reason

Though there may be no reason IN what someone does, there is always a reason FOR it, even if the reason is an unreasonable one. There is a reason the leader of this dysfunctional, abstract, meta system calls himself Werner Erhard and not Jack Rosenberg. What is it? Does he see himself as the “winner” OR the “loser” in “the game of life?” Perhaps someone should ask him to explain “It” and see what he has to say. One of the things it has been said that he says he says is that this "can come out any way you want it to come out", he "does not care as either way he 'wins'."

The Difference between Brick-think and Meta-think

I once told my recovery therapist that it was almost as if we were two different species which I named, Bricks and Mets for short. I named the supposedly “normal” ones "Bricks' because they are very concrete about everything, have fixed opinions about which concrete things are the superior ones, and they have minds harder to penetrate than a brick wall.

The problem here is not that thousands of people involved just cannot sort out all the various versions of my rumoured "reality" in order to decide by group consensus; who I am, what I think, what I am saying, what I really mean, what I know, what I don't know, what motivates me, what I want, what I feel etc. or what all of those should be.

That problem is that there are thousands of people involved in deciding by group consensus who I am, what I think, what I am saying, what I really mean, what I know, what I don't know, what motivates me, what I want, what I feel etc. or what all of those should be, and think that they are entitled to make all of those decisions FOR me, then assess and evaluate me, and then decide that I am basically irrelevant in the story of my own life.

After that of course they add to the impossibility of resolution by denying the whole thing and then they justify the denial, and again assess and evaluate my objections to that. That's the real problem on THAT. It is also IGNORED completely.

None of you in this population have to worry about figuring out who I am and what I think and feel etc. as in REALITY, it is none of your damned business in the first place and I will tell you yet again, in just a slightly different form; if you people spent ten per cent as much time working out the meaning of your own lives and problems in your own relationships as you do minding everyone else's business for them, you would have solved all of your own mental "illnesses" and relationship problems a very long time ago.

Short form: - the problem is not who I really am. The problem is that YOU believe you are entitled to debate and decide that amongst yourselves and that if I object to that, the problem is in me for objecting to it and not in YOU for doing it.

That is the difference; in awareness levels.

I watched this on PBS and was impressed by the fact that it was more realistic about REAL Life. the world isn't REALLY neatly divided up into "them and us", the good people and the bad people, the normal groups and the abnormal groups, even if it looks like that at times. In reality EVERY form of society has it's share of sociopaths and people smiling sweetly at us while operating with hidden agendas of domination. Such people are everywhere in every group. We need to face the reality of this and deal with it where it REALLY is...on the metaphysical level of our collective being.

I found this film in it's full length, useful in presenting a more realistic view of the world. In this world, every subset takes it 's turn at being the bad guys in a switch and repeat pattern of thinking and behaviour, and we have to stop needing to take these TURNS at it. If we don't we are going to get to the last turn and everybody will lose the game for good.

“You Say You've Got Herpes...

....and you think you got it from that Pat Lefave do you?”

This is out of the latest performance by the genius who used to stand beside a partner (now deceased) acting out in contempt outside Woolworth's, muttering and performing during the Homewood staff/bus driver “fun”

(which by the way was discussed by Woolworth's staff also)

,,,and although that partner in contempt is long gone now, he always manages to find a new one to help him with his verbally abusive, self righteous, hateful act. They find this to be an ongoing form of “fun” and giving me what they have decided I “deserve” after hearing all about me during their own stays in the Homewood addictions unit, or from those who still bring all of the latest news out of Homewood, often into the public housing complexes, for sharing with all their good buddies.

This is also what the Homewood personnel who started it all back in 93 with the est-ee nurse, claims does not really exist “out here in the world of reality.” For you see, these people would “have no reason” to behave this way which apparently “proves” to the majority of psychiatrists and the mental health pros who follow their lead, that the group behaviour simply does not exist.

It does not take much of an understanding to see the circular argument created in that does it? But I digress, so back to the current performance by Jack the Jerk. (not his real name)

Jack, is well known here by cops also. (aren't you?) In any case, he likes to put on a show of slander whenever he spots me walking down a street and he gets his buddies to help him perform in his act. I am sure that if you go to the drop in centre, or for the free meals at the church, or just hang around the town square with him and his good buddies, he will be there to share his witty repartee and clever abuse with his fellow, righteously indignant, and of course “superior” pals...har har har....but I wanted to share this great performance of June 15^th, with everyone who misses the opportunities he uses for his “shout outs” cause THIS guy is a real hoot and a half.

This is the new/latest version of me and my supposed sexuality, (or sometimes absence of it) which is as varied as it can get, depending upon the story telling of the hour, with which these guys always seem to be constantly obsessed. This also tells us something about them and their own arrested development, so if you know this guy and what he has said before, you might get a bit “confused” by the obvious contradictions. But then you’re not supposed to be making any kind if sense of this either as “sense” has nothing whatsoever to do with it.

Guys like these usually have a couple of purposes behind what they do and say and there is a KIND of anti logic to it as well, but basically it is all about them and THEIR need to feel “normal” and usually “superior” and like in est, they “validate themselves BY invalidating the other point of view.” In other words they step on others to bring themselves “up.” This makes them feel falsely powerful and that is what they are all about. People who “secretly” feel powerless want to feel powerful, which they often accomplish for themselves by “secret” means as well. These are the Splitters of the dysfunctional world.

So this jerk and his friends are now going to spread a little more slander and this time it is to suggest I have herpes. I don’t of course. This is being done for the power and the jack ass style “fun” of it.

So they did this: The buddy used in Jack’s routine this time shouts from across the street, “You have herpes and you think you got it from Pat Lefave?”

“Yes, Jack yells back (because they are both profoundly deaf apparently) I think that is where I got it.”

Now, me, Jack and his ass-hole buddy of course ALL know that whether or not Jack ACTUALLY has herpes, Jack did not get it from me since Jack in fact, does not actually even know me. This is “the game.”^¹

Interesting that Jack suggests in his answer that he “thinks” that is where he got herpes which also suggests that he is spending a lot of time hooking up with a lot of herpes infected people so he can’t be SURE where he got it. Does his longtime, of and on again, girlfriend know about this? Of course I don’t think Jack is all that self aware so he won’t see the humour in that yelled response.

It is convincing others, third parties, that I am the one with the problem for my awareness of this and NOT them, for behaving the way they do.

So why do this?

There are a couple of reasons usually. Immediately of course, Jack hopes to upset me and that I will react with distress about his false accusations. Perhaps I will ask him WHY he is doing it, or how can he talk about me like that or why is he lying? But I don’t need to ask why. I already know this. I find him, and his behaviour, along with that of his like minded “friend,” idiotic as always. I sort of stopped and looked at the pair of them across the street, watching them delude themselves that they are doing me harm, which on a certain level they are, of course, and watching them obtain the usual satisfaction that ass-holes get from BEING ass-holes; while I watch, knowing that they have NO IDEA what obvious idiots and jerks they are to me and people like me who have to put up with their near, brain dead, shit all day. This is who they are and what they do every bloody day of their short, mindless lives. Everybody who knows them, including cops, knows that too. The only people who don’t get how idiotic they really are is THEM; and they reinforce the idiocy in each other as part of the dysfunctional “bonding” routine.

As I have said though, and I especially want those they treat that way, to understand this; you can’t “reason” with that, because reason or logic has nothing to do with it and logic does not penetrate that kind of irrationality.

There was a time in my past when I would have asked them, WHY are you doing this to me, or HOW can you treat people like this?

At one time I would have asked because I did not understand the answer. Later, I would have asked because I thought that if I asked them, I could get them to actually THINK about what they were doing, and the problems they caused for others. I assumed then that they did not really understand that or they would not be behaving that way if they did. But that is not who I am or what I understand about this now. People like this DO this because this is who THEY are and I am nothing more to them than a kind of prop in their dysfunctional “play” about themselves. It is all about them and it always HAS been and that is the way they want it. It is self delusion on a grand(iose) scale.

Jack acts out like a Jackass because Jack is a Jackass and Jack’s’ aspiration in life is to be the best damned Jackass he can.

The only way you can ever really deal with a Jackass is to support their desire and ongoing efforts to be the best damned jackasses they can. That’s all they really want and for most of them, they focus on it like a dog with an old bone, and will aim for that, right up to the moment they draw their last breath...which is very often much sooner than those who are less talented at being Jackasses than they are.

So Jack, keep your big story telling, mouth open and tell everyone you can, everywhere you hang out all day, mocking, ridiculing and slandering people every day of your sorry life, including all those you don’t actually know, for as long as you can. I think everyone in town should have the opportunity to watch you and listen to you, as an important part of their own learning experience. Maybe if you do it openly enough, for long enough, even the buddies you get to help you perform will start to notice that this routine you so love is making them look like idiots too.

If even ONE of them is moved to change his, or her, own mind by really seeing and hearing what you do, and understanding why you do it and how pathetic that is, then that will mean that your life produced something good and that it made a real difference, in what turns out to be a positve way, that you lived at all.

That is, when you come right down to it, all any of us can hope for as a result of our short, finite existence.

I like to find the silver lining in every event, including ass-holes shouting out insults and slander at me from across the street. I admit of course that sometimes it is harder to do than at other times. Still, it CAN be done. We don't have to take the bait, at least not in the WAY they want it taken. Bear in mind though that we also can't say nothing. We have to find a way to say SOMETHING. (like this way for example) That is because silence to them, implies acceptance of abuse, or helplessness/hopelessness and that keeps them going, as that is what they want.

Abuse victims: embrace the slander, put it under a microscope, examine it closely and understand the motivations behind it and the payoffs received by those producing it. It’s not really about you at all. REAL understanding will set you free. It takes the aggressor’s power away from him/her, because that power is sustained by creating confusion, emotional distress and of course, mostly it is done in “secrecy.”

Remember that abusive behaviour is not really a show of strength-it is a demonstration of psycho-spiritual weakness and it is there for all to see. All they have to do is LOOK.

Once seen the ass-holes of the world will give up their “game” as the LAST thing they want is to be seen for what they really are. Remember that this is all about a payoff for them and that their victims are all but irrelevant to them so stop trying to reason with them and just help them be who they are, including talking publicly about what they are getting out of it.

Oh one last thing, Jack? Do you REALLY want to attract all this attention to yourself? You see, the local police read my website as they want to be sure that my est-ee protagonist is being kept safe from ME so that means they also watch me and all the people AROUND me too.....ya know? Just thinking that if I were in YOUR position right now, I think I would try to get myself and my big mouth under control. But...that’s just me. I am not tough superior and clever like you.

You do whatever you think is going to get you the best payoff...as usual.

Self Fulfilling Prophecies

Once who you “really are” has been suggested to others by an “authority” who cannot be questioned or blamed for anything, that is who you WILL be and all you can do is either “admit” it, or deny it.

Of course, your “denial” in tautological style arguments, will only be “proof” that you are who the authority figure says you are; but you just won't “admit” to it...(right witch?) In fact, your resistance to your definition is nothing but another “symptom” of your condition, as is the belief that you are being harmed by “others” who are only trying to “help” you. Now, your failure to perceive that AS help, is but another of your endless list of perception/reaction problems.

Now how do the authorities ruling over all of life with such brilliant efficiency know all of this, you may be impertinent enough to ask?

Why, it is because everyone who has come before you, and who has been defined as defective, just like you, after having it suggested by someone else, have said all the same things as you and THIS indicates a consistent pattern doesn't it?

There are really only two things that repeat pattern can be: either symptoms, proving the authorities on this topic to be correct in their assessments, or, a common experience of REALITY, shared by many, like you, over a long period of time, which is consistently DENIED to exist by authrorties, and then re-framed as the delusions of those who “think” this is the reality of life on this planet.

Often, everything that is being said IS true, and the only differences are in the definitions used to explain it, or, more often, to explain it AWAY.

Objective Observers

The objective observers are subjectively objective. They objectively observe the subjects by projecting upon us their subjective, pre-existing belief system into which the subject is made to fit, as the object of observation and assessment. No concrete evidence of their own error is wanted, accepted, or tolerated, thank you very much, as DOING so would just ruin their subjective objectivity.

Insanity: an all-inclusive group experience.

Are you having trouble making sense of that? Well, fortunately for you, I know a lot of experts who understand that this is a symptom of YOURS and who will be more than happy to help you “reduce your awareness” of that paradoxical judgement making, which you “think” that you perceive.

Group Insanity

The people who “objectively observe” the presumed “inferior” human do not see and hear their own gossiping, acting out and storytelling AS the problem which is being described by the one they are gossiping about BECAUSE they consider themselves to be “hidden” from the “inferior” one. Because they believe themselves “hidden,” their OWN behaviour is not included as a variable in the group behaviour assessments.

Therefore, the “inferior” one MUST be delusional and talking about “imaginary people” and not THEM. Denying their own participation in the group event is essential to their ongoing belief that they are superior “objective observers.”

Now that of course, is the “God” position. “Gods” have control over reality. “'Gods' create and define reality itself.” “Gods” are “always right and never wrong.”

Coincidentally, this is also the word from the “'est training.”

(now the public continues the debate on this...in 'secret” of course)

The fact that the group continues in this debate on “reality” with the “subject” of their discussion excluded, IS the problem. But, since the group members continue to see themselves as the superior, objective observers, they don't recognize the truth when they hear it. To become able to do so they would have to recognize that they are participants in this est exercise, that they always were, and not either objective, or superior. Since they don't want to give up all those good feelings that come with being superior humans, they don't do that. Because they won't see it, the original antagonist, with the hidden agenda of domination is empowered by THEM. In fact, his, or her, power source IS the group with its largely predictable, self-serving, group behaviour. For as long as the group participants reduce the target to “less than” the antagonist's plan for domination can be achieved. It is the, often enthusiastic, co-operation of the “normal” others which enables the dictators and the psychopaths of the world to do what they do.

They “sell” their supporters something they really want to hear and they do it at the expense of an individual or a group that just is “not like us” in one way, or another. Until, or unless, dysfunctional groups see themselves and their own group behaviour as the real problem, resolution eludes us all. For this, you see, is the group dynamic behind scapegoating. Targets cannot have any real relationships within such groups when the group members tell them that they must deny their experience of reality as a condition for inclusion in the group. From the “inferior's” point of view, they must either join the group pretence in order to belong, [1] or the individual must hold onto his, or her, truth and accept psycho-spiritual isolation for the failure to “comply” with the will of the dysfunctional group. Either way, the targeted “inferior” one loses while the antagonist and all the supporters “win.”

Nevertheless, SOME of us know that this metaphysical “Victory” MUST be rejected, even though the chances are good, as Alice Miller put it, that we, “will be alone with your truth.”

Some of us are now being alone, with our truth, TOGETHER.

To those who really want forced drugging because “you really never know what one of 'them'” is going to do”...you never know what anyone is going to do under what circumstances, or why, unless you are someone who can predict the future with 100% accuracy. Psychic (or delusional) as I may be, I can't do that. (Perhaps you psych students could ask “the psychic” whose poster you have pasted on poles at the university to predict that for you when you go to see her after you are done mocking me? Or, you could just practise diagnosing her delusions for her? Take the entire faculty from the McKinnon Building with you and please, someone, let me know if you get that gal the “help” she obviously needs. You don't need to talk directly to me of course. Just lower your eyes and talk about it out of the sides of your mouths from three feet away. That way, I will “think” I got an answer.....)

“Them” and not “us” is an illusion, created out of fear, by those who want and need “control” over the unpredictable. NONE of “us” (humanity) has that. All we can control is ourselves and even that can be a challenge at times.

This book is another example showing the common groupthink pattern of dysfunction that is “the devil we know.” I have only read the intro and chapter one so far but I can already see the repeat pattern in it so I recognize it as another view of the same routine.

Witch hunts, terrorist hunts, “schizo” hunts and the hunt the genetic mental defective generally, by any other name, all have something in common. They all exist and are performed on the meta level and they all objectify the one being hunted. In fact, objectifying the “other” is a form of “permission” the hunters give themselves to justify the hunt itself.

Let me show you what I mean. Her are just a few excepts from this book. This is of course another source of messages which people in the same position tend to get from things because the messages in them are Meta messages which speak to us of our ACTUAL experiences in concrete reality of which the masses deny the existence.

Right now, the American CIA (yet again) is monitoring our private communications according to the latest info, on a “meta level” (metaphysics) because by doing so they can see “patterns.”[1] They do this in the name of self-protection and national security.

I also see patterns on the Meta level. So does my est-ee protagonist from his est training.

The difference between my 'seeing” and the CIA “seeing” is that when THEY see “patterns” on the meta level it gets defined as “intelligence”, in both senses of the word, and justified as security measures.

When I see them though, it is defined as insanity or a “disorder” existing within me and without connection to external reality.

Interesting “distinction” isn't it?

The village whispers would begin and spread...She was a witch they would say. And other would add experiences that they had had, other examples of evil doing by the same old woman, local and family disasters that she had threatened or foretold[2] ...

...“Sentence first-verdict afterwards.”

Lewis Carroll wrote these words in Alice in Wonderland.

They describe the essence of a witch hunt perfectly, for what must have terrified everybody was that in the great witch hunts, if you were accused, you were guilty.

...The sentence was, in effect,passed before there had been a trial or a verdict because guilt was assumed,obliging you to prove yourself innocent-if you could-which was indeed difficult, for (again,as in Alice in Wonderland) the accuser, thejudge and jury were all the same: “'I'll be judge,I'll be jury,' said cunning old Fury; 'I'll try the whole cause and condemn you to death.'”

There was a logic to the actions that followed an accusation.^{^[3]}Since the accused was “known” to be guilty, any evidence favourable to her,or him,was clearly in error and due to lying- and if the latter, the provider of the evidence was deemed to be an accomplice and was treated as such (this naturally tended to reduce public^{^[4]}support for the accused).^{^[5]}

As for evidence against the accused, sometimes there was not enough, even for these judges. But these accused were witches and thus, “guilty”, as well as clever enough, with the support of the devil, to hide their evil deeds.^{^[6]} They had to be brought to justice, and in such a climate of fear and guilt, doing so seemed to justify the creation of false evidence, accepting it and defending it in the name of a “just” verdict. Since the accused was guilty, torture was permissible, to obtain a confession or new accusations against others^{^[7]}, for witches were always assumed to know other witches and to have accomplices. There was moreover, an aura of secrecy^{^[8]} to everything, secret accusers, secret accusations, secret testimony,^{^[9]} all of which seemed justified to those judges. “How now, you secret, black and midnight hags!” they might have quoted Shakespeare.^{^[10]}

in later cases, we will see a number of variations in the ways that pressure has been used to obtain both false self incrimination and false accusations against others.^{^[12]}

...we see how far the authorities were permitted, even encouraged, to go in employing the most horrifying forms of torture when public fear and hatred ^{^[13]}of the accused persons was beyond bounds...

...another feature common to all witch hunts. Under normal circumstances evidence is collected until a specific person is accused of the crime. In witch hunts, this was- and is-reversed. The accusation (labelling suggestion) comes first and then there was the search for evidence to prove the person guilty...(crazy)

...from the very beginning there was to be no escape, no possibility of even considering that he might be an innocent man.^{^[14]} This was the witch hunt at it's worst. All these ills were performed by men who, in large part, believed themselves to be doing good.^{^[15]} Anything was justified to stamp out the Devil (the epidemic) and the witches (mentally ill) because it served the interests of God and the Godly state. ...parallels were at work; the authorities became similarly perverted in their belief that they were working in the interests of the modern Goodly state. FEAR ^{^[16]}is the parent of the witch hunt...

...it is fear at this level that we are talking about...this degree of fear reduces the rights and protections of individuals in the common good. In such a climate of fear, witch hunts can take place.

The Characteristics of a Witch Hunt

Suppose that an event takes place that creates or happens in a climate of great fear, anger, hatred. There is an intense pressure on the authorities to act-to find the witches at any cost. We demand instant protection and retribution.

These are the instructions that we write for our witch hunters, for those who will act to protect us. We know how to instruct them because these are the characteristics of a witch hunt.

Thou shalt:

1. Judge an accused person guilty before seeking evidence.

2. Apply whatever pressures are necessary on suspects, including beatings and torture, to extract confessions and obtain accusations against others.

3. Accept ANY incriminating evidence however dubious or vague.

4. Emphasize what you want to hear and ignore testimony or evidence inconvenient to your theory.^{^[17]}

5. Create or employ false evidence if necessary to convict.

6. Threaten anyone speaking in favour of a defendant, as a suspected accessory.

7. Treat the accused as having no normal rights because he or she is so dangerous. ^{^[18]}

8. Be prepared to accept secret accusations, to hide the accusations from the accused, and to protect the identity of the accuser.

9. Search and expand the hunt for other witches, acolytes, supporters. Always assume that this witch is only the tip of the iceberg.

10. Justify and excuse all errors by appeals to National Security, the Protection of Society, or the Good of the State.

Of course we know that not every one of these characteristics will be present in every witch hunt, but there will be a preponderance of them.

I would ask you all locally, “so...how is the chronic gossiping, assessing and evaluating of me going, not that there IS any of course and if I think there is then I am crazy...”

But what would be the point of doing so, since in this Zen-like cuteness that is Dale's est exercise, which does not really exist, “everything and nothing are the same thing”...something which I “claim” he wrote down for me but which I am told he did not. Since none of you should listen to me, I would suggest you ask Dale to explain It to you and after that, let all of the experts involved, who are not really involved in anything, explain it AWAY so that no one else will have to get blamed for anything, that never happened anyway, to anyone but a nut like me, who is suffering from the character flaw and /or brain disease, with the “blaming others” problem, when really others are not to blame for anything, and we know that because Nothing Happened Here.....nothing at all....

Let the mad doctors tell you.....She is just mad....mad I tell you......

Third Party Relating

No one is having ANY kind of a relationship if they are having it ABOUT someone with, or through, third parties. That is called gossiping and/or dysfunctional relating but it is NOT a relationship. A relationship of any kind, on any level, WITH someone is one that is genuine, direct, excludes the third parties and puts a stop to all the gossiping. You either do that, or you don’t. If it is my neighbours, opinions and assessments you want and that of total strangers, then that is who you are having a relationship with and all I am to you is a prop, like a piece of furniture, in your dysfunctional group play. There is nothing mysterious about that at all. This of course is the tautology from which there is no escape possible until or unless those who do this admit to the truth about themselves and accept their share of the ever dreaded, blame for being “at cause.” There will be no pretense with me so that the dysfunctional Splitter mentality can continue for the “entertainment’ of the dysfunctional masses, who are just as mouthy and highly opinionated today as they have ever been, despite the denial of the entire event and the psychiatrizing of me to support the cover up and the pretense. I am not in need of an “interpreter” I was not in the past, and I will not be in the near future either. So any, and all, involved can either lose the group assessment and evaluation routine or get lost yourself. Your choice.

Calling All Locals

but especially all of you experts in mental illness and the “self contained theories of it as apart from the sick society. I am inviting you to JOIN me and all the citizens of Guelph in a renewed round of story telling and outright fabrication used to make everyone here FEEL better about themselves by comparing themselves to me and some other “defectives” and winning the contest they are in to prove how “normal” they are for being unable to connect what they do with anyone's statement that they do it. For you see all are well HIDDEN in plain sight, including those who have learned that they aren't but who continue to behave the same way anyway.

So mental health professional? Move out of the safe haven of theory and into the real world with the rest of us. Might I suggest you hang around the libraries, look and listen, the do the same at the malls, the food courts, the Tim Horton's outlets, the buses, the town square, and in particular, sidle up close the bus drivers and listen to the fare box Fanny and Freddies letting them in on all the latest going on inside Homewood and at the university while simultaneously denying it of course.

Don't worry about all the denial as we labelled people are still here to take all of their illness into us so they don't have to come out of their group delusion at all. That is after all what medicalizing is all about and what it is for. If my perception of all of you is from a self contained disease “just like diabetes” and without reference to other people or external reality, then THAT means no one else can ever be blamed for their participation and that, of course, is exactly what my protagonist’s est training in this is all about. I would like to suggest to all of you objective observers that plant yourself out here in the world of REALITY and take in the experience of real life as we whom you invalidate for telling you about it experience it. For as they say in the psychiatric nurse's training. Reality is that which you experience. It is not defined by either authority or group consensus.” (as it HAS been here up until now)

currently one of the fannies is repeating a story which originates with Myrna G. Former friend and nurse with the closed retirement home and relative of one of the core group involved in all the “fun” of 94/95 on Hamilton 3. I have heard the story she is CURRENTLY telling others with such contempt and disdain before, many times, repeated by others, including the source of it and in fact she was telling it last week also, while also correcting the guy she was telling it to about not concerning himself with me hearing here sitting across the aisle and one seat back on the bus, as I am so stupid I won't understand it anyway. Let me just say that-

Stupid is as stupid ACTS OUT.

Now why don' t you just sidle up to that bus driver, the one who has also connected personally after work, with some of my neighbours in the apartment complex, and tell him what I said about you, preferably from the usual four feet away as part of your own stupid/unconscious act.

I will ask you again: want a nice long ,list of names, rumours, fabrications for the 'fun” of it and their connections to Homewood and/or the university staff involved who are all mystified by my false accusations officer/doctor? Just so that you can save yourself from anything negative for YOU by turning it all into my ongoing paranoid delusions and hallucinated conversations???

After all just between you and me, (and the entire population involved here in one way or another but it's a secret so don't worry about anyone saying anything true directly to me as they won't) ) surely I am not STUPID enough to think that any of the really important people, the ones who matter, are going to admit to anything when it would not be in THEIR INTERESTS to do so. For I have been told by several experts that this is just “not going to happen. So what are you going to do now?”

My offer to meet my ex psychiatric team members at the police station, which the police already know about as well, still stands and I STILL want to confront (oooooo...scarrryyyyy) Dale Tuck , RPN as I have a few questions of my own I want to ask him point blank in front of legal, official witnesses. We can call this “Witnessing” of course so that it in keeping with the jargon of his own training for POWER.

Of course if you all prefer to gossip amongst yourselves and otherwise keep your silence, just observe me , assess me, and pretend you have not done, seen, heard or know a thing, go right ahead as I really don't give a damn anymore and I will continue to follow my own instructions given to me from “authority” to remain silent and “appropriate,” without having any more of those “unrealistic expectations” of mine about anyone here ever admitting to anything that would clearly not be in THEIR interests to do so.

....or would it???? Well to answer that question myself I would have to tell you about some more of those hallucinated conversations I like to imagine the public is involved in, which of course, they aren't.

Word is around town this week (June 14th) that Homewood is now about to “do something” about me as “too many people know about it.”

Now what the “something” they are going to do, actually IS has not been heard by me and what “it” is defined as hasn't been either. So the question from my point of view would be, onto which “side” of the nexus of meaning will those with all the unquestioned power and control decide to move? Will I finally be getting an apology from them? Or will I be getting some nice e.c.t. treatments to “help” me to forget those paranoid delusions of mine about an est exercise that really never existed?

Also tune in tomorrow for a brief post on the latest perfomance by a couple of the local addicted boys who have been involved in all the acting out for many years. One of them used to stand beside a partner outside Woolworth's muttering and performing during the Homewood/bus driver “fun” (which by the way was discussed by Woolworth's staff also) and although that partner is long gone now, he always finds a new one to help him with his verbally abusive, self righteous act. He is well known here by cops also. (aren't you dear?) In any case, he is one of many "graduates" who likes to put on a show of slander whenever he spots me walking down a street alone and he gets his buddies to help. I am sure that if you go to the drop in center or for the free meals at the chuch he will be there often to share his witty repartee with his fellow, righteously indignant pals...har har har....but I wanted to share this great wit with everyone here who misses the opportunities used for his hilarious shout outs cause THIS guy is a real hoot and a half. So tune in tomorrow for “You Say You've Got Herpes and you think you got it from that Pat Lefave do you?”

(this is the new/latest version of me and my sexuality though it is just part of the ongoing repeat performance of course, so if you already know this guy and what he has said before, you might get a bit “confused” by the obvious contradiction.)

Make careful note of the fact that the public rumour being passed along that the reason that Homewood has to do something about ME is because “too many people know about it.” that s actually the typical motivation for decisions made by all dysfunctional groups. No one in the public is saying, “oh my god.. we have done all this harm to her or we have to get this stopped to help her...or we need to act ethically right now....” No it's “too many other people (outsiders) know about it.” So how will the group look if they don't do anything?

I once said to one of my psychiatric team members, “if they ever do admit to it and change their ways it will still because of how it makes THEM look and a decision as to what makes THEM look worse, admitting it or not admitting it, which is why I also said it won't exactly be what you might call a “soulful conversion” but I think it is going to have to do. THAT of course is provided that what they decide they must do is accept personal responsibility for themselves and not have me picked up for a little e.c.t [1] for my own good, of course. ‘Cause you know...it would be a lot handier if we could just make me either deny or just “forget” the whole thing ever happened.....wouldn't it?

Bus scene: June 17^th- just witnessed a morbidly obese couple on the bus sitting directly across the aisle from a young man and discussing how he looked physically, which included a bit of mocking, leaning in to whisper parts of it and talking from behind hands, placed in front of their mouths so that the young man would not be able to see them acting out like idiots. Now if he is psychiatrized and tells his psychiatrist about it, it is likely that the good doctor will feel the need to increase his anti-psychotic to make that experience of reality go away. After all, it would not be reasonable for two adults, especially two adults with such obvious physical imperfections of their own, which could be used for mocking material, to behave that way and actually believe they are somehow “hidden” while they do it. Right doctors?

[1] I have heard it suggested lately that I am “probably” suffering from “depression” ( as a “real” disease of course and not a reaction to real life which is now viewed by this system as largely irrelevant...) I am not suffering from depression as defined as anything. At least that is what I am “claiming” and that is likely because I am SO depressed that I “have no insight into my own condition.” Oh look... more circles huh?

The Rule

In the season finale of Dr. Who, a younger Doctor (about twenty years or so) jumps into the rift in space time to save the now fragmented “impossible” girl who is also trying to save HIM.

In this sort of limbo space, which is right near the doctor's own grave, the younger Dr. confronts the older one with his error and he tells Clara, “he did it himself; he broke the rule.”

The older Doctor then says to his younger self, “But I did it for peace and for sanity.”

Yes, says the younger one while pointing out to Clara, but he was not the Doctor when he did it.”

What's the rule?

I'll give you a hint. MY diagnosis received (covertly of course) across the street, was delusional disorder, paranoid, because I “think” I have been “harmed by others.” I named the “others” too; named them in late 94, early 95, and I named the nurse who did it, what he was using to DO it, and the group of people supporting and enabling him as he did it. And he “couldn't have done it without all of you to help him do it,” which is just as I said back then.

So, in order to make sure that “things” don't go “badly” for those “others” who can never be blamed, there are only two things possible in relation to my own complaint.

A. I have, in fact, been “harmed by others.”

B. I have NOT been “harmed by others” and I either know that (lying), or, I actually BELIEVE I have been “harmed by others” (delusional) when in reality, no “others” have harmed me.

So now Doctors, what is the “rule”, the one rule “above all others” that doctors are not supposed to break?
